1. How long will my car be booked in?
The duration of your car's booking depends on the specific service you require. Generally, most services take between a few hours to a full day. For more extensive services such as multi-layered ceramic coatings or detailed paint protection film (PPF) applications, it might take up to 2-3 days. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeframe when you schedule your appointment.
2. I heard PPF can scratch as well? Is it worth getting?
While it's true that Paint Protection Film (PPF) can scratch, it is designed to self-heal. Minor scratches and swirls will disappear with heat, such as from the sun or hot water. PPF offers excellent protection against stone chips, road debris, and other minor impacts that can damage your vehicle's paint. Overall, it is worth getting for the added layer of protection and the long-term preservation of your car's appearance.
3. How long do ppf and ceramic coatings last and is there a warranty?
The longevity of our services varies:
- PPF: Typically lasts 5-10 years, depending on exposure and maintenance.
- Ceramic Coatings: Can last up to 7 years with proper care.
We offer warranties on all our services. For PPF, the warranty period is generally 5-10 years, depending on the brand and type of film used. Ceramic coatings come with warranties ranging from 1-7 years. Please ask our team for specific warranty details related to your chosen service.
4. If I get any issues with the film, who must I contact to have that fixed?
If you encounter any issues with the film, please contact our team directly. We are here to assist you and will arrange an appointment to inspect and address any concerns. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation errors, so you can have peace of mind knowing that we stand by our work.
5. How do I maintain the product after application?
Maintaining your vehicle after application is crucial for longevity:
- PPF and Ceramic Coatings: Regularly wash your car using a pH-balanced car shampoo. Avoid harsh chemicals and automatic car washes with stiff brushes. Our team will provide you with detailed maintenance instructions specific to the service you received to ensure optimal results and durability. You will also have the option to make use of our Auto Spa maintenance details that will ensure the product installed on your car is maintained to the highest standards possible using only the safest methods and chemicals.
6. Is there a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with our service or the results, please contact our Culture team within 30 days of the service date. We will review your case and offer a resolution which may include a reapplication, or fix. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
